About Me
My name is Lara (she/her). I graduated with a Bachelor of Education in 2010. I was a public school teacher for a few years.

Since leaving the public education sector, I have worked with families in a wide range of scenarios. I have been a personal assistant, a nanny, and a house manager. Throughout these experiences, I had the opportunity to work with (or for) many wonderful neurodivergent people, of all ages. I have years of firsthand knowledge of what things are like on a day-to-day basis for those who struggle with anxiety disorders or who have a neurodivergent brain. I was able to help these families develop relevant strategies that I watched unfold in real-time.

I am currently taking part time classes at Thompson Rivers University. I am pursuing a degree in Psychology.
I am a certified ADHD educator. I have been working with students and adults as an Executive Function coach since 2020.
